Bay Rehab Neuro-Rehab Service

Bay Rehab Neuro-Rehab Service provides targeted therapy for a wide range of Neurological conditions including: Stroke, Vestibular Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Polio, Dystonia, Nerve Palsy, Brain Tumour & Spinal Cord Lesions.

The team includes Neuro-Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy & Speech Language Therapy There is no waiting list, all advanced practitioners with at least 10yrs experience working with Neurological conditions.

Location: Bay Rehab Clinic in Bethlehem (fully accessible) or Home Visits available.

What to Expect:

Therapist will contact you for initial phone discussion, to determine most suitable therapist and arrange appointment.

Initial consultation will include review of relevant medical history, a physical assessment and movement /functional analysis. Discussion of your goals and development of an individualised tailored treatment and management plan will occur.

Subsequent follow up therapy sessions will be arranged as required.

Input can include hands-on physical therapy, targeted home exercise programme, equipment review, education on your condition, advice and support in management of symptoms.

Rates:
Initial Clinic Appointment - $200 inc gst

Subsequent Clinic Appointment $160 inc gst

Home Visits - will incur additional travel – this will be evaluated individually depending on location
